Assistant Superintendent for Personnel: Stroudsburg Area School District – Stroudsburg, PA. This twelve-month position is available approximately June 30, 2017. Enrollment is approximately 5000 students in grades K-12 with approximately 700 full-time employees. Requirements include Pennsylvania Superintendent’s Letter of Eligibility, Master’s degree, six years of successful teaching and a minimum of three years in a supervisory or administrative capacity. Primary job responsibility is to provide administrative leadership for the development, coordination, and implementation of all aspects of the human resources department. Experience in public school recruitment and hiring, staff certification/evaluation, and compliance with state and federal mandates highly preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are critical. The salary and benefit package is competitive based on experience and education.
